Chicken Dinner Cheat Sheet!!! 🤓 It takes 10 minutes to put together and you’ve only got 1 pan to clean!

Sheet Pan Chicken & Veg
🔹Preheat oven to 400F
🔹Place chicken breasts on a pan, coat with 1tbsp of oil
🔹Chop up any vegetables you have sitting in the fridge, drizzle more oil and toss to coat
🔹Top with your favourite seasonings (we like to keep it simple and use garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, S&P) but absolutely any seasoning or herb you like on chicken will work
🔹Bake for ~20 minutes until veggies are tender and the chicken’s internal temp reaches 165F
🔹Serve over rice and you’ve got a filling, well-balanced meal
